Early Closures, and Professional Development Days Closures, Holidays, and other Closures.
The Center follows the Howard County Public School (HCPS) closures. If HCPS is closed, the Center will close too, including inclement weather, and select early release dates and holidays. A few exemptions apply to HCPS closures for which the Center will be open.
In addition, the Center closes for professional development and transition to the school year program from August 17 through August 25, 2024.
There is no deduction in tuition for closures beyond the Center’s control including. and not limited to inclement weather, power disruptions, business continuity crisis, temporary travel, or other restrictions established by a government authority.
